Nestled in the Kapowsin foothills, Mud Wall Family Farm offers a private  photography venue. We are open to all levels of  photograpers. Enjoy exclusive use of our property with your booking, and full access to our trucks, shack and custom made décor.  

RENTAL TIME

Rental minimum is one hour. Time required for set up and cleanup is included in the

time, so please plan accordingly. You get ALL outdoors space and use of vintage trucks and

shack for yourself. We have seasonal sets and props at your disposal too.

Mud Wall will NOT provide advertising, courtesy reminders, or refunds if you fail to

fill your reserved times. Use of our personal home is NOT included in your booking, unless prior arrangements are made.

* During Holiday Rental  Time, the property is divided for two photographers,

each having their own truck and outside sets.

RENTAL FEES

Rental fees are nonrefundable, not transferable.  If the rental fee is not paid within

48 hours, the contract will be null and void. The rental time will then become

available for rental to another photographer/client. Rental fees are for one photographer and/or second shooter only.

CANCELLING/RESCHEDULING

If you or your client cancels within 24 hours or fails to attend the

scheduled session, the rental fee is NOT refundable and no credit will be offered.

​

INCLEMENT WEATHER

 We want you and your clients to be comfortable. Mud Wall Family Farm will reschedule for heavy rain and high wind.  We do not reschedule for dew, cold, too bright or cloudy weather.

PETS

Pets are welcome on the property. 24 hour notice is required if a client plans to bring their personal pet onto Mud Wall property. Pets must always be on a leash. Pet owners are required to clean up after their pet.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Mud Wall does not provide supervision or accommodations for children and/or family members of photographers or clients being photographed.
